Bees do dancings to communicate with others like shaking, a bee look for a flower and go back to it's place and dance or tell the other bees by dancing where is the flower! So the other bees follow the leader where the flower is. Those bees cannot communicate by talking but dancing, bees only produce a sound "bzzzzzzz"
