okay so this takes place after the end of devilman crybaby!!~ this will 99.8% satisfy those sad souls that wanted a happy ending! ❗️Warning❗️ - will have *cringey* but lot of smut - angst - a lil fluff ;)

Ryo has been filled with so much emotions that are for Akira. But he has to let Akira be happy with someone else that isn't himself. He wishes to be the one to hug and hold hands with Akira, most of all he wants to be the one to say, "I love you too". But Ryo has to hold back his feelings to let Akira be happy but, it hurts Ryo so much.

I did the cover on PicsArt lol {This takes place after the ending of Devilman Crybaby} There he was, down on his knees, weeping before God himself once again. He had nothing he could say, nothing he wanted to say. This time, Ryo has really messed up. I mean, not only had he brought upon the extinction of the human race: he had taken away everything from the one person he loved. He hated how he felt, but he knew he deserved it. Loneliness. Regret. Despair. Loss. What a pathetic sight it must've been; Satan himself, clutching to the remaining half of Akira as he sobbed, when before he had claimed that love didn't exist. But the real surprise was God's words to the fallen angel that lay before him. "I can create a new world."

After Akira's death, Ryo fell into despair but lenient God gives Ryo a second chance for happiness. I want to expand into the story of Ryo learning what it means to love. I won't leave other characters behind but I want to mainly develop Miki Kuroda, Miki Makimura, Akira Fudo and Ryo Asuka. I might also develop Miki.K x Miki.M ship but ill mainly focus on Akira and Ryo. I'll use some old Devilman manga\movie material for ideas. I'll try to stay as intricate as possible about each character but also develop them at the same time. For character information iam using "Devilman Wiki" I chose the story's title "Former Future" because this story is about Ryo trying to not make the same mistakes that he did in the "former earth".
