[Highschool AU] ____ Osamu Dazai and Chuuya Nakahara went to the same elementary school, and had been in the same class. They often talked, as classmates do. But one particular day, Dazai said he was moving. He promised they would still be friends, but he never contacted him again. Chuuya thought he was just sick, but eventually days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, and Chuuya finally accepted that he had no intention of reconnecting. Now Chuuya was in highschool and had long-since forgotten about his old friend, until a certain brown-haired boy walked through the door. Dazai had never expected to see the short ginger again, not after he left.
