Duel Academy gets a new transfer student from Alabama in the United States of America, his name was Jesse Anderson. He had a hard time back in America, being passed around, foster home to foster home only to get verbally and physically abused his whole life. He wasn't a bad kid at all but his parents were alcoholics and drug addicts, which led to Jesse being taken out of their care. He had no friends growing up because he was an outcast and somewhat a shut in. He thought he could have a better life when he arrived to Duel Academy but everyone ended up making fun of him because of his accent and being stereotypical because he was from Alabama. But one person stood out from the rest. A cute brown haired boy from the Slifer red dorm. He didn't treat him like the others did. He was nice to Jesse and would stand up for him if someone was harassing him. Jaden Yuki. He was the only person he felt he could trust and share his thoughts with.
