The Pirate amused by the Goddesses power, kidnapped her. Angry, The Admiral came after her. The purpose of the marriage was for the Goddess to give eternal health to The Admiral so he could have all the power. While being with The Pirate, The Goddess was not hurt by him. He protected her because he needed her power. She was not abused nor did she feel abused. She started to think that being with The Pirate was where she belonged.

This story begins in Alabasta so please watch the show to season 4 atleast to know what is going on (and if people say One Piece doesn't have any seasons I watch it on Aniworld where it is sorted into seasons so don't judge me)
