Belos is defeated, life is back to normal, but how can the Owl House gang go back to "normal"? Gus gets into romance just a bit, and the worst parts of puberty. For Willow, though, she's changed so much, and while it's all in good ways, how can she really be sure? How can she go back to being able to chill after everything? What can she focus on now? She got so used to being scared for her family and friends. What can she do now? Then there's Hunter, who was already emotionally and mentally battered, but now, there was an added part of that pain. He has friends, which he is still getting used to, and maybe even a job? One that he feels drawn to like no other, but something else is pulling him closer. The captain, he always liked her, but is there something more there? Whose to tell besides him and Willow? With the success of the process to remove the coven sigils and unlock magic, Alador Blight (inventor/hack) and Darius Deammone (ex-coven head/drama queen) have to make their own decision as to whether or not to keep the brands on their wrist. In the process, they also have to make another decision...do they keep up the feud or do they admit that they might not just tolerate each other, but might actually /like/ each other?

*Spoilers for entire TOH series* Two months have passed since the defeat of Belos, and the Boiling Isles has begun to recover. The Hexsquad are readjusting well, all except for one, that is. Hunter doesn't know where he belongs in all of this. He has no blood-family, Flapjack is gone, he feels alone. After Darius and Willow's dads arrange for him to stay with the Park family, Hunter begins to figure out his new normal. But his feelings for Willow are only growing. Willow cares deeply for Hunter, and she has begun to realize her feelings are more than just friendly ones. Will the two be able to confess their feelings? (Takes place between the defeat of Belos and the timeskip)
