Eve feels like she was born in the wrong generation. She doesn't feel like she really fits in with the girls at her school. While everyone else is listening to "modern music", she's dancing to The Smiths in her room. So, on her 16th birthday, she makes a wish to fit in. Little did she what would happen next.

Luciana was a girl from a small town in England, trying to get somewhere with her own band and at the same time obsessing over a band called Depeche Mode. Not leaving her flat for days sometimes until her friend dragged her to a club where something really unexpected and exciting happened. She met her idol. A depeche mode fanfic. This fic revolves around the topic of rape, if this is a triggering topic for you please be careful or don't read.
