Two twin brothers rob a military base for a super computer. When they accidentally set off the alarm, one of the brothers takes a drug which makes people strong, fast and smart. When he looses all sense of right and wrong he turns against his brother and steals the super computer. The brother with the help of one of the military soldiers plans to steal back the super computer.
