It was not what she was expecting. She decided to take a dream trip to Alaska to help her get over the unexpected break up. She had always been fascinated with the wild life and wondered if she had what it would take to live in the wilderness, but only if she could be completely alone. She needed time to heal her broken heart and looked forward to the peace and solitude of living with nature. Noralee did not count on becoming hopelessly lost when she wandered too far away from the trail in Denali National Forest. Alone, without a rifle and a limited amount of food she began to think she had created more serious problems in her life than just losing her boyfriend. But as luck would have it, she met an interesting stranger named, of all things, Bear. He was funny and energetic and promised to help her get back to civilization. What happens next is just the beginning of a life changing journey for both.
