The story takes place in the Hazbin Hotel universe, between episodes 5 and 6 of season 1. Alastor, the demon of radio and the ruler of Hell for years, has invested in the Hazbin Hotel, raising many questions among the demons. Charlie, the princess of Hell, is in conflict with Vaggie after discovering something mysterious. Feeling inadequate for Charlie, Vaggie decides to leave, creating an opportunity for Alastor to implement his plan. Alastor, who hides a sensitive side, proposes to Charlie to help her fulfill her dream of transforming the Hazbin Hotel into a better place. After a series of events and discussions, Alastor surprises Charlie by proposing marriage. After a few days of contemplation, Charlie accepts the proposal, convinced that their collaboration could improve the hotel. However, Lucifer, Charlie's father, is worried and suspicious of Alastor, fearing hidden intentions. He decides to confront Alastor, who assures him that he genuinely loves Charlie and wants to help transform the hotel.
