Alastor is left incredibly wounded after his battle with the first man Adam. Bleeding out and quite weak he finds himself on the receiving end of some unexpected help from his rival. He is heavily against the idea of staying at V tower until Vox shows him a clip of the hotel residents rebuilding and seemingly not even bothered by his absence. This pisses Alastor off to put it lightly and he ends up joining the Vees and maybe catching feelings for a certain Tv headed Overlord in the process. (crossposted on ao3)

Ok so if you are a fan of Hazbin Hotel you know that Alastor and Vox are enemies. So I was doing some research for their relationship and I came across that Vox has an interest of Alastor noticing him that Alastor does not return back and his goals are either killing him or win his affections. The relationship of Vox and Alastor before they started their ongoing rivalry. This story is mostly theories that I had so some things in this may not be true. I am not Viv nor do I ask her questions about their past.

Valentino and Velvette don't know what to do with Vox anymore he barely speaks to them and hasn't left his room in weeks so they decide to take him to the hotel in hopes they help him. Vox and Alastor arrive at the first edition of the Festival of Souls. Despite how ridiculous it was, they have fun. Alastor promises Vox that he'll take the other one. In the 71st edition, Alastor arrives unexpectedly at Tower V, determined to take Vox to the festival.
