She meets Kevin right after activating her little ring. Befriending Kevin and joining him in his little thieving exploits. He realizes her talents for manipulating technology, and they use both their powers for personal gain until they both meet Ben. After Kevin attempts to kill innocent people, Oc rethinks their partnership and joins Ben and Co.
