The school year 1898/99 promised to be the most remarkable one for young Albus Dumbledore for the infamous Triwizard Tournament was to be held between the most famous wizarding schools Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. His greatest aspiration had always been participating in the games-better yet, claiming victory. Such achievement would bring great honour to the Dumbledore name after his father had been confined to Askaban. Yet immediately upon entering Durmstrang, a fairly talented and rather handsome young wizard caught his interest; Gellert Grindelwald. Though, despite Gellert's troublesome reputation, Albus found himself intrigued by him all the same. A/n: English is not my mother tongue, and I find it fairly difficult to write in this old-fashioned language. The following chapters will therefore be composed in a more modern and simple way. The war might be over, and the Dark has retreated, however that does not mean that trouble isn't anywhere to be found. The new generation has adventures of their own, involving: love, friendship, family and, of course, magic. However, their bond is tested when James finds a Time Turner. He transports most of his family, including the pregnant Victoire and the hateful Scorpius Malfoy back in time to an era where war was blooming.
