As soon as Dumbledore gets into the reading room, his heart sinks as he looks at the sight of the little girl. Knowing that someone has entered the room, quickly the girl looked up and saw Dumbledore. Her black eyes meet Dumbledore's blue eyes. They look at each other for a while. The little girl startles when she saw tears fall from the old wizard's eyes.

Regulus Black did not die in the cave. Instead, he replaces Flitwick and begins teaching at Hogwarts as the Charms Professor.
