Albus Severus Potter begins his first year at Hogwarts, struggling with his family's legacy and an unexpected Sorting. Joined by his cousin Rose and new friends from every house, Albus uncovers hidden talents and mysterious connections that soon draw the group into secrets deeper than any of them imagined at the legendary school. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a Fanfiction describing a continuation of the original Harry Potter Story, featuring their kids, mainly Albus Severus Potter and Rose Granger-Weasley. This is the first book (I'll plan to do more, probably seven, but lets see how it goes). The Cursed Child does NOT play any role in this story! This is my creation of the adventures of Albus, Rose and other characters, you will get to know along the way :) The story, espescially in the first book, will be slow paced, because I want to take the time, do dive even deeper into the wizarding World, than the original books did. So no fast action here, it will come, but you have to read a bit until you get there :) My plan right now, is to release one Chapter per week on Sundays. Depending on how much I'm able to write, I'll be increasing or decreasing my release shedule. James Sirius Potter always did his best to look "perfect". To be worthy of the name of his father, Harry Potter, savior of the Second Wizarding War. I started writing this with a different name and on a different account but I decided to start over since it was horrible and I also forgot the password for that account...it's always fine to start over, anyway

This is going to be Lily's the first year in Hogwarts. Her big brother is a seeker and Albus is the first Slytherin in the family. With those two being already interesting enough, she feels like she has to be unique in her new school like them (to keep up with the family's name). But something unexpected happens and she wishes to be unique no more. In fact, she's thankful she's not in the hybrid student place.

Its been 19 years since the Wizard Wars, which had rocked the Wizard world greatly. Albus Potter and his cousin Rose Weasley are starting their first year at Hogwarts. Right away they meet Sam Kingston and Castor Kingston, a witch and a wizard who have spent their whole lives oblivious to magic due to their father being a squib and mother a muggle. And Scorpius Malfoy, who turns out to be nothing like his father. Though they are in different houses, they're good friends. So all is well right? Wrong. Somethings going on at night when everyones asleep. The kids are getting nightmares, and some are claiming to see a thing calling itself the Nightmare man. Even worse, some students are entering a deep sleep and cant be woken. Its up to Al, Rose, Scorp, Cas, and Sam to figure out whats going on and stop whoever doing this, or Hogwarts will sleep forever.

Just a little something that crossed my mind the other day (and then I stayed up till 3 AM finishing it). I wasn't planning to post this in the first place but a friend's suggestion led me here. Set not long after the events of Cursed Child. There's a slight canon divergence if you can call it that (which was what sparked the idea to write this in the first place), and a reference to the Pensieve scene in The Deathly Hallows (part 2), with a little freedom from my part regarding a minor technical aspect.
