This is mostly the same plot from the original story, with more divergence, - canon and not - more words (definitely), meant to be a long story that dives in realism, a bit more maturity, an actual dive bomb on Ash's aura (channelling this through a certain Pokémon he will have), and mega evolution. This will be long, like, 10k or less/more.

Team Xûl aspire to bring the region and its people to the brink of eternal sleep and destruction.
