Alec stared at the beauty before him, his breathing became shallow and his heart suddenly felt heavy in his chest. His and his husband's bodies nearly touching one another's, their faces close to each other. He could see a twinkle in Magnus' eyes. Valentine has kidnapped Alec and is using him as a hostage to force Magnus to do an Inception job for him. Valentine wants Magnus to plant the idea in Simon's mind to change his mind about divorcing Jonathan. But when Magnus discovers that Jonathan had been abusing Simon he is torn about what to do. Magnus won't rest until he saves Alec but he can't allow Simon to return to his abusive husband. Joceyln and her daughter Clary star as a mother daughter duo on Broadway. But when their show fails they are devestated. But Clary finds out that the prom at her old school isn't happening anymore. Because they won't let Alec take his boyfriend. Clary persuades her mother that they can gain their fame back by helping Alec to make the prom happen. But the more Clary gets to know Alec, the more she realizes that his love for Magnus is more important than fame.

Alec have been sneaking around leaving the institut at night and coming back the next day, no one knows where he goes and Jace keeps trying to get him to tell him but Alec wont tell a soul. he is secretly dating Magnus Bane the high warlock of brooklyn, and his mom hates Magnus thats why they keep it a secret Alec hate hiding their relationship but all the hate of hiding and scared if someone finds out. but all his problems disappear when he get to kiss and cuddle with his little Warlock, but what happens when Magnus get pregnant? and is affraid to tell Alec and then Alec find out and confront Magnus about it.
