With time, you will see." ________________ If the Darkling succeeded in making Alina a monster, what would Alina act like under the Darkling's spell. Would she be cold and callous or would she try to fight it-would she try to be good? If you read my other Darklina book "The True Saint", this one is the opposite (although it does not connect with my other book so it can be read separately). Instead of Alina making Aleksander a better man, she becomes a monster. This takes place the night of the Winter Fete and continues until the end of Ruin & Rising. What would happen if Alina did not run that night and instead confronted the Darkling about her new knowledge of the Black Heretic? ONE-SHOT: The Darkling dreams, right after the end of season one (Shadow and Bone). CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR SEASON ONE This one-shot is based specifically on the show, as I did not read the books, so any information on it is based in what's known so far on the end of season one. Like the title implies, it has spoilers and information from the season one finale, so if you didn't finish yet, I recommend saving to read it after you do. I wrote it not long after finishing the season and it follows solely Kirigan, like a small stretch of what could've happened after the very last scene of the season. Im just really obsessed with shadow and bone books and dying to read six of the crows. however, since according to my parents, reading books is a 'waste of time and money' (how dare they!?), I unfortunately, cannot have those books. and uhh....also to mention that I lack the ability of stocking an entire story into a small paragraph or something so I'll try my best. Basically, this is an AU where alina and the darkling have a kid and (obviously enough like the other fics) the darkling doesn't know about her. Now, Ik how people get completely mad at this child trope but that child later on stan nikolai aka sturmhond aka prince perfect (yayy) so i guess its okay.... i just want this fic to be everything. so its a nikolaiXoc as well as a Darklina. forgive me if i write nikolai badly since i lack a sense of humor.

In the first movie Dominik dies, but that's not what happened, In Suicide Room 2 it is known that he almost killed himself, after being put through the hospital and therapy, he finally decided to go back to school, he meets a new girl named Miley, he doesn't realize that Miley is related to an old friend of his, Aleksander. Miley and him become good friends, he tries to get closer to Aleksander, but can't, it's only with the help of Miley that he gets the time he wants to spend with Aleksander, at first Aleksander only hangs out with Dominik to please his sister. But as they hang out more, he begins to grow feelings for Dominik.

Behind him, a monster ten feet tall, made of shadow, forms in a menacing stance, ready to carry out his silent orders. I thought I had seen the last of his nichevo'ya a long time ago when we were on opposing sides of the war. I shake my head. "No. No, what are you doing? Wait!" I send the Cut barrelling at the monster. It dissociates into nothing only for another one to take its place. Again, I send the Cut through the abomination, but it was only a diversion. Another one forms behind me, capturing my arms to prevent me from summoning. It holds me above the ground. I kick and scream, but it covers my mouth with its long, slender arm, the other holding me securely to its chest. My breath is labored as I use all of my strength to fight it. It is futile. The Darkling approaches me, stroking his fingers across my cheek as a way to comfort me. It is hard, however, to comfort someone if you are the cause of the distress. "I will do anything in my power to protect you, my Dear Alina. Anything."
