Ben is now a fourth year in the Academy of Espionage. He is 15 and his skills on fighting and his intelligence have improved slightly. One day, when Ben and his friends were fighting Joshua and his crew, an unknown anomaly had assisted them. Though, SPYDER was totally defeated, yet. Then, Cyrus notified Ben and his friends that he had discovered a new organization. They were then sent on a mission to scope out the organization. They found out that this new organization, called SOLDATS, was trying to destroy SPYDER too. Ben and his crew thought that they were allies, but they thought wrong. They were attacked later. After barely surviving, they were convinced that were foes. When they healed, they were reactivated to complete the mission; they didn't have enough information. So they went undercover at one of SOLDATS Training Facility. They found out that they were trying to capture Ben. And not only just Ben, all of humanity. It was called Operation Domination. No secret can be kept forever in Spy School. Everyone is thrilled to see Catherine and Alexander's second child. Except for one person. Erica is doubtful about her new baby sister. She believes that the baby will only get in the way of things in the future. The gang tries to assure her that the baby will be just fine and that she won't need to worry about a thing. But when a new mission comes into play, things get a little out of hand. And as this is all happening, a new enemy arises from the shadows. Will the gang be able to stop the bad guys? Or will the mission be a failure?

This is a sequel to Spy School: The Last Battle. In this Ben will meet his family and go on a mission. He will also learn several surprising things about himself and his family.
