He didn't know how he was created or who did it and what his reason for existing was. Even Garnet the somewhat appointed leader of the Crystal Gems didn't know what he was since there has never been a Gem with Obsidian as their Gem. It had been a first for everyone. To get a better understanding of him the crystal Gems decide to take Obsidian on as a Crystal Gem student just as Steven, and would one day become a full fledged member. Peridot Diamond: A short, pale blonde scientist who is socially awkward. All she cares about is science, facts, and logics. At first the two hate eachother, they want nothing to do with one another. They absolutely loathe eachother. But that slowly starts to change as Peridot and Lapis begin learn more about one another. Peridot isn't really a narcissist, and Lapis isn't really as strange as she seems. Peridot soon finds herself developing feelings for Lapis, feelings she's never felt before. Confused and afraid, Peridot is trying her best to figure this out. Yet she can't help but wonder... Does Lapis feel the same? "Of course my darling." She replied and I released my held breath in relief. "To where am I going? And why must other gems accompany me?" I questioned and she smiled widely, almost sinisterly. "Why Connie, those gems are your team. And you're going to Earth." She answered and I gasp quietly. Earth.

There is only so much time until the invasion starts, so Homeworld has been mass producing gems from there kindergartens. But a special kindergarten gem takes the stage, and realizes her world was about to change forever.

After becoming conscious, a lost gem wanders aimlessly around Beach City trying to find out who she used to be. With the help of the Crystal Gems and her own flashbacks, she was able to figure out what her purpose on Earth was. Will she go through with her objective, or will the love of a certain fusion get in her way?
