Sarah's now dating Hayley. Brendon's life is sad. Alexa is a club dancer, drug addict, HIV positive, and lives downstairs from Lynn and Brendon. Steven has AIDS, back in town on Christmas Eve, and just got mugged. He meets transgender girl, Max, who also has AIDS, and pretty much saved his life. Lynn is the new girl at Boston North High. Despite believing that things could get worse, things actually start out great. She soon makes friends and soon makes herself the school bullies new favourite toy. Heartbreak, heartache, betrayal and love are all things Lynn never thought she would learn all about in just one short year.

Lyndsey was a normal teenage girl,with a normal life and normal friends.Everything in her life was perfect til she met Alexa - a girl that has changed Lynn's life forever.

But what starts out as a simply friendly relationship in deciding how to take care of the child quickly turns into something more romantic when the pair begins to fall in love with each other.
