Dalton Academy is on thin ice after a couple of scandals get leaked to the internet. This puts the school into damage-control, picking out clubs one by one with the intent to perceive the school as something better than their wrongdoings. Of course, this comes with disbanding one of the oldest traditions in Dalton history: The Warblers. With the warblers being gone, there is nothing for Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson to do. When they hear a mysterious hum coming from a bookshelf in the school library, Kurt is sure they just need some sleep, but Blaine can't get the noise out of his head. After a new student arrives at their school, Blaine is certain everything ties together. Dalton's fall from grace, the club that made it happen, the humming, and Jack the new kid. But how can he prove it to Kurt? At first, Alex thinks Rook is this weird farmer boy. Rook is always bugging Alex when she is trying to get work done. Rook obviously has a crush on Alex, but he won't say it. After a while of trying, and failing, Rook gives up on finding Alex's impossible love. Rook finds another love and somehow she gets jealous. Alex tries to get Rook out of her mind ,but it doesn't work. Alex just can't help noticing his cute hair and his hazel eyes.
