Carter Presley is a fifteen year old girl. (Luke was roughly 14-15 in the fifth and sixth season.) Carter is in love with her best friend Luke Dunphy, he was sweet, kind, a little stupid, and easily distracted. Luke was easy to love, and he fell in love just as easy, but Carter was a little oblivious to his love for her. She didn't notice the look in his eye he gave her. His eyes were full of love every time he looked at her. What she did notice was his care, every time she ran to his house because of her parents, he was the first to give her a hug, the first to tell her it was gonna be okay. That was one of her favorite things about him, besides his hair and his eyes.
