This is a love story between two people. Alice (Alice Madness Returns) and Joe (Jack and the cookoo clock heart). Both stern and both cold to others. Alice comes to work at the school as a teacher while Joe had just barely been hired as a school headmaster. Alice has heard everything about him and he heard everything about the mad woman Alice. She despises him for being so cruel to Jack while he despises her for every little thing. It's hate at first sight for these two. But let's see how quickly that could change.

W końcu jednak dochodzi do zbrodni na wielką skalę. Na Whitechapel dochodzi do masowego trucicielstwa. Trute są głównie kobiety i dzieci. Scotland Yard powoli nie daje sobie rady, więc zdeterminowane bliźniaki, Alice i Alan Liddell, w obawie o zdrowie i życie dzieci z Houndsditch pomagają policji rozwiązać sprawę Truciciela z Whitechapel.

After the fire, the Wonderland that Alice knew had crumbled and burned too. Everything that she loved about it, was now something she wanted to escape. Her friends had changed and began to turn on her as they said it was her fault that the fire had started. The March Hare and the door mouse began screaming to her that she killed her family, she was the one who should have died. It wasn't only her friends that had turned against her, it was Wonderland itself. Instead of the cheerful, bright and glorious vibe it usually carried, it was now a bloodthirsty, dark and mad place to be. Soon enough, all this began to mess with Alice's mind. Before, she knew what the difference was between reality and fantasy. Now, she wasn't quite sure. Both worlds seemed to be falling to pieces and they both seemed to blame her for it. It was driving her into insanity. What Alice didn't know was that it wasn't only Wonderland that was messing with her mind, it was Madness - The master of confusion.

One year after the events of madness returns, Alice leaves the comfort of the orphanage to find a stable environment, she later comes across Ciel and Sebastian who are willing to offer her a job at the household, as well as a change of clothing and warm food. Alice begins to suspect the household as the mysterious happenings go on before her eyes, maybe she's going even more mad, or maybe she's discovering a new world no human has ever seen before.

Everyone thought they had Alice Oswald figured out: a crazy, paranoid, unstable nutcase. But as time starts again, everything Alice dreamed and feared start becoming reality. With the help of a mysterious man, Alice starts to piece back her memories only to find out there's more than meets the eye.

Set in the 1800's. Sophie is an eighteen year old living in a London orphanage. Supposedly suffering with mental illnesses, she lived in an asylum for a few years and is constantly threatened with a return. After leaving the orphanage and suffering some sort of delusion, she is bright back to the asylum as a mental patient. Can she escape her delusions? Or will she be trapped in wonderland forever?
