Twenty-four year old Alexis has lead a relatively normal life for as long as she can remember. She had a boyfriend, loving parents and great friends. What more could she ask for? Yet there always seemed to be something missing from her life. As if something was calling to her. One day during a terrible flood, Alexis is washed away. When she wakes, she is in a world that she could only dream of. Make believe creatures such as talking animals and unicorns make up this realm. And the people there seem as if nothing could ever bring them down. Yet there is a looming darkness over this place, and secrets fill every corner. "I've told you a million times before and I will tell you again - love is a word that no longer exists in my vocabulary." ~ ??? *I have rather loosely based this around Alice in Wonderland. The characters are similar to their counterparts the original story, except with different names, and there are some major plot twists. Enjoy!*
