(BOOK THREE IN THE FROST SERIES) Being a king wasn't easy. The title of king held a lot more responsibility than most seem to realize, and there were drawbacks that would deter people from wanting such a heavy title. Delkele never wanted to be king, never even wanted to be associate with such a title. However, his mother deemed him worthy of ruling over Planet Naraka even though he wasn't the firstborn. He hates being king, hates all the responsibilities that came with it. More often times than not, his own people blame him for the most mundane of things and often curse his name, despite him being the only one to defend them. And now, he has a proposal to marry the princess of a military based planet, a planet that could finally allow the Narakkans to live in peace. But he doesn't love her. He was in love with someone else, someone who knew most of his secrets. The only man who knew the man behind the mask. And now he's being forced to chose between duty...and love. Will he make the right decision? Or will his choice cost him the lives of innocents?
