Star Moor has always found herself different. She acted different than everyone else. And her hair was a strange color, even in a world where blue and purple hair were the norm. Star finds out she was right the the alluring Lance Bishop enters her book shop, telling her he's been shot when everyone else doesn't see a wound. All except for Star and Lance. Star delves deeper into her past, and what could be her destiny if she believed in the stuff, she discovers unimaginable and possibly dangerous secrets that were kept from her since birth. Now Star must run from the things that se was hidden from and if she runs out of time..... It's game.....over.

Short explanation as to why I think aliens exist and why (in my opinion) it's stupid/arrogant to believe only Earth holds life. Written originally for a contest (and I came second, yay!)

This book is about aliens so if you don't believe in that type of stuff please click away. Rosetta has to leave her home planet and attend school with her stepsister/best friend. Or so she thought she was her best friend. Rosetta has to learn how act human, so no one suspects anything. If they find out that her mother is an alien, she and her older brother may be killed.
