A scientist bares witness to Earth being destroyed by a meteor when the remaining population won't listen to him, or can't because of a language barrier. He decides to try preserve the memory of Earth and ventures out in the abyss of space to find any form of life. A sci-fi speculative fiction story. I wrote the prequel for a school assignment and decided to expand upon it. Irregular updates.

The story begins with the sabotage of starship Arcturus by an agent who has been tricked into believing that the ship was an unmanned drone. When he discovers that the ship not only had a crew, but that one of its members was his own daughter, he embarks on a path of retaliation against his employers. Simultaneously, agents Mist and Ferret, accompanied by an abused child named Meganna, attempt to defuse the threatened war triggered by the destruction of the ship by finding the saboteur. This places all their lives in danger.

With the help of Tintin, its trusty robot/dog/sidekick, and Battus, a human guide that got caught up in more than he bargained for, they set out to reclaim the geode. Aliens on Pluto have to go on a space exploration to find more planets suitable for their species. The main character is a jumpy, jittery mess, saw the ad for the volunteers and saw it as a means to get away from society and the fear of social interaction. That was a foolish decision. The space crew decides to fly toward the sun, despite their cold habitat, and find their way onto Earth. That was a foolish description.

Being different biracial was hard enough in this time and age. Try being a half-breed. Ya, that's right. I said it. Half breed. Half human and half alien. I won't go into how I was made, but I can say that I wasn't able to fit in either world. Sure, I had lived in a place counted as home, but I didn't belong. I wasn't like them. I was their weapon, something that could protect the world from the alien race that tried to destroy them. Would I choose to live with the people that I had grown up with and be a weapon? Or would I choose to be the prisoner because of what my parents did? I mean, I didn't ask to be born, but I was made. And, I chose to protect the world that was trying to be taken over.
