The secret planet Alitia is believed to be home to aliens, which then becomes official when it's discovered by humans. To fight back, a wise professor named Coto creates an artificial Alitain girl, with the help of human science partner Lester, who she names Juno. Juno is then sent to Earth disguised as a human to collect information about the humans and their natural ways, but however gets caught up in the war between aliens and humans, led by Colony Leader Eurynome and her malfunctioned, artificial sidekick Diana.
