The world we know is a sham. We are but molded plastic. Made to be creatives and consumers. To spread the stories of the real people; our creators... the characters. Those in power are molding our minds... controlling our thoughts. Making us the ideal consumers of the content. The content of those few who have the ability to see into the true reality. The mind of a creative is never at peace. Can a creative overcome his debts to the consumers? Can a troubled consumer ever find out the truth? Can anyone truly be free?

In every mind there is a room of wonders. A room where every imagination and dream comes true. Children may explore this room freely, but as we grow we tend to leave this room behind. My own 'Room of Wonders' was greatly impacted by technology. When I was 10 I was given my first phone and over time as my love for my phone grew, my love for the books and stories that once fueled my 'Room of Wonders' died. Now looking back, I want to have that freedom of imagination and creativity again, and so, in order to reflect on that time of my life I wrote this short story. I hope this story helps you rekindle your love for books, stories and imagination as it has for me. Please enjoy. P.S This is my first writing so I am open to constructive criticism.
