The first volume of Fratured Unity
Prince Elwenn of Vairean has spent his life watching his kingdom slowly succumb to the Blight, a necrotic rot that feeds on the land. Beside him stands Caelum, a Warden from the neighboring kingdom of Drudor, bound by both duty and the shared burden of a tragedy: the day the Drudor Prince defied ancient law and crossed into the forbidden forest, inadvertently shattering the seals that kept the world in balance.
As the decay accelerates, the two embark on a desperate journey away from the crumbling soil of their homes. Their path leads them far beyond the known map, into the dangerous, jagged spires of the Shadow Realm. Their destination is Ecoston, the obsidian capital of the Gargoyles, where the oldest records of the world are hidden.
They seek a cure to restore the land, but the archives of Ecoston hold a much colder truth. As Elwenn and Caelum confront the reality of their history, they discover that the Blight is not a natural disaster, but the byproduct of a monumental, ancestral betrayal.
With the ley lines fracturing and their own kingdoms teetering on the edge of oblivion, the two men must navigate a realm of stone and shadow, forced to choose between the legacy of their bloodlines and the survival of the realms. The journey to Ecoston is only the first step-but it is here that the foundations of their world will finally shatter.
