My potential pitch if a Smiling Critters movie (BASED OFF THE CARTOON) ever existed. I know this'll most likely never happen, this was written for entertainment purposes!

This was inspired by the smiling critters x mother figure reader stories, I thought it would be fitting to give the nightmare critters a father figure. And there will be some self improvement and mystery on the critters' part.

Tis the season for smiles and laughs! The Smiling Critters are celebrating the holidays this year, it's Jolly Wishes Day but the Nightmare Critters are planning to ruin the festivities by stealing Jolly JingleDeer's magical scepter and their wishes are threatening to cancel the holiday! Can DogDay and the Critter Crew foil their evil scheme and save Jolly Wishes Day before it's too late?

The nightmare critters were a group of feisty and messy critters but were all outcasted from society; until they met a similar group called the outcast critters, the only difference between them is that the outcast critters were poor and thieves. But they quickly realised that they were the same despite those differences and that both of them are more than just rumours and titles. The critters hang out and survived a flood while uncovering the mystery between eachother and a particular pigeon and doberman in the team, and there's a bit of romance (not heavy). Note: the nightmare and outcast critters don't have confirmed ages but they are in this story about early 20s (so this isn't weird), and also this doesn't take place in the actual lore (oblivious) this takes place in the cartoon (if they even have one?)

The Smiling Critters and the Nightmare Critters were enemies. Nightmare Critters always treated Smiling Critters too cruelly. They were too rude, cold and harsh to them, and the Smiling Critters always tolerated it until the day came when the Nightmare Critters realized their guilt and no longer wanted to hurt the Smiling Critters, they began to try to win their friendship, but unfortunately it became too late, as the Smiling Critters began to take revenge. They also became the same as Nightmare Critters, but much worse...

This story series adapts Chapter 3 & 4 of Poppy Playtime but without the scary parts. Poppy Playtime, Smiling Critters, and Nightmare Critters @ MOB Entertainment.
