ranboo, purpled, and tommy played a lot of sports with each other. which resulted in them being the most popular group in the school, people fantacizing/obsessing over them. little did the school know, they boys had a crush on eachother and their relationship was starting to bloom into something more. Tommy Innit isn't anyone special, he lives a normal life in Republic City with his older brother. He never knew his parents but has never worked a day since he was 10. Tubbo is an airbender with a gift, an impressive spiritual link to the spirit world. He's free to do what he wants, to a certain degree. Technoblade was the youngest chief to the Northern Water Tribe and wants nothing to do with Republic City. But the young chief also has a blood lust that nearly drove him insane. Ranboo is a firebender with terrible memory. He hasn't seen Tubbo in over a decade and nearly forgets about him. Now he travels the world, on his own quest to find the Avatar to hopefully fix his memory.

Tommy is 7 and in second grade. He goes to the elementary school very close by his house, he walks there every day with his cassette player and old fashioned headphones. They're his most precious belonging, given to him by his older brother Wilbur. A guitar player and singer, with his own band. Wilbur is Tommy's idol! So naturally a little one like Tommy would love nothing more but to be just like his older brother. Social, loved, talented, athletic, and overal popular. Ranboo is 8 and is nervous to go to a UK school. Everyone has a British accent, and seeing as how they all seem to dislike Americans, he's afraid to make friends- To put himself out there, or even really speak to people. Though his dad, Techno has always encouraged Ranboo to be himself- Ranboo is finding it difficult to fit in at his new elementary school. However he does admire a certain blonde boy for being so social, and loving the guitar. Ranboo himself has always been so caught up in the drums and the cool music that Tommy likes. One day when the blonde picks the taller boy to be on his dodge ball team, they end up becoming close friends. Though as they grow closer and closer- they begin to feel things they never had before.

Inspired by the song Cigarette Duet by Princess Chelsea c!Tubbo starts smoking as a form of escapism to help him cope with c!Tommy's death but hates himself for it and has multiple mental breakdowns as c!Ranboo and c!Tommy try to intervene and help him with his addiction.
