In this world, you're either born a human or a monster; there is no in-between. Well, not until now... Rumours have it that when beasts sleep with humans, they create a creature known as a mutant-a hybrid of some monstrous sort, not quite monster but not quite human either, rather a mix of both. Anyone cursed with the misfortune of being born a mutant would face the worst treatment society had to offer; daily judgment, comments, abuse that is both physical and mental, and overall being outcast from society for all of their miserable, little life.
