She sees how blindly he was thrown into it and try's to help him, but slowly as she gets to know him more she starts to fall in love... *DISCLAIMER, THIS IS NOT MADE TO ROMANTICIZE WAR! A fanfic to E. M. Remarque's "All quiet on the Western Front" as well as its 2022 movie adaptation, also with a bit of reference to Robin Schulz's and James Blunt's "OK" song. Set after an alternative ending, where Paul Bäumer survives the war :) I needed to write this because i've always felt sorry for Paul and i wanted to set him in better life to cheer him (and myself) up...
