It all started with All The Light We Cannot See. One of the most amazing heartbreaking books I've ever read. I sat for thirty minutes staring at nothing. So affected by Warner's death I wished that the book wouldn't end. I had a massive book hangover after that. I almost didn't start a new book because of it. Once I brought this to mom, she gave me the idea to rewrite endings to books. And so here I am.

So...this is just a one shot I made for the ship I had in my English class novel study. The book is called "All the Light We Cannot See" by Anthony Doerr, and yeah...if you haven't read the novel yet, first of all, read it because it's a really beautifully written story and second of all, SPOILER, one half of my ship died in the end. And this was just a short oneshot, which is basically my imagining of what would have happened if the ending was different, because I'm a sucker for happy, romantic endings.
