Keith has cancer. And Lance volunteers at the hospital- he helps with making children happy, and even does coffee runs for a few nurses. Allura assigns him to a certain patient destined to die in a couple of months, his task is to help make his months easier with his company but Keith only likes the company of a certain nurse. It's a journey of friendship to something more.

Lance always tries to put on a smile for others. He sacrifices his happiness for the sake of others, but what happens when he goes so far that it costs him more than his happiness.
