Taylor Swift is fresh out of her three year residency programs in Nashville, Tennessee. She has big dreams to work amongst one of Vanderbilt's family medicine clinics, particularly one a certain nurse had caught her eye at during her 4th year medical school rotations. Taylor will be taking over for a doctor that is retiring. Little does she know that once she takes over for this doctor, that same nurse will become hers.
