In England the year is 1893, Queen Victoria still reigns and the lords and ladies still laugh at their joyous occasions while the poor still scrap for the bare minimum.
Alois Trancy, Earl of Trancy, is nineteen now and he still hasn't married yet. His stubborn behavior has become apparent to his Uncle Arnold Trancy, him and his other superiors are starting to scramble to find him a suitable wife. Meanwhile his butler Claude Faustus has already beaten them to it, finding fine young ladies from across the globe. Alois searches through the long list of women; French women, German women, Asian women, Italian women. Until he finds a woman who fills his needs just right.
Viktoriya Mariya Annikovskaya, Grand Duchess and Countess of Annikovskaya, granddaughter of Tsar Alexander III and the fifth daughter of the Annikovskaya bloodline, is a proper lady born in Saint Petersburg and aged sixteen years. She's recently allowed to marry and suitors have been flocking to her side left and right though she's denied them all with a gentle hand. Her parents start to scramble to find her a proper husband, that is until they receive a letter that presents an excellent opportunity that they just can't refuse.
Alois Trancy does not belong to me, he is only an add on to this story.
