With the ruling class's assets literally frozen an irresistible opportunity falls into the cabal's lap. Retake America and mine it for all its worth. Are they sure that's the only plan? Who's the shadow group intent on destroying the elite? And why aren't the earth's conditions getting more livable? Didn't we "solve" climate change?

Steve and Bucky have known each other for longer than the average lifetime, they fought in many wars and survived many battles, some within themselves and for one final time the face a powerful enemy.
