There hasn't been war for a while, hybrids are okay, and dragons are getting along. But, when a mysterious dragon named Rainstorm returns home, and Atlantis meets his younger sister, things get complicated at fast. This time, there's no prophecy, but it turns out that a storm is brewing. But this one was beyond the stars.
