After finally messing up his metal leg too much, he makes an unexpected return to Resembool to visit Winry. Little does he know that his search for the new principle him and his brother were searching for, would have to be put on hold after disaster strikes in Amestris. Rating: TV-14

The events may not be in FMA's chronological order, but they make sense in this context. It doesn't not follow the original series, because I was conflicted on which one to use, so I just mashed what I liked from all of them together and extrapolated.

This year will be the Elric brothers' first Christmas having their bodies back. And, boy are they excited. But will the brothers' Christmas be a success, or a disaster? Some background- Ed and Winry, Al and May, Roy and Riza are all couples in this story.

One day she's making cookies with her mother. Another day she's at her mother's funeral. As weeks passed by, her father became different. He was once a man who always helped the towns people. This was not only because she had to take over the responsibilities from both her parents, but mainly the fact that had barely seen her own father after her mother's death. So one night, after working hours to only get enough cash for a couple days. A flash of light reflects by her window. Before she could even understand what was going on, the echo of her father's screams reached into her room. In an instant, she rushed towards him. Fading one limb at a time, she runs into her father slowly attempting to perform... The ultimate taboo, human transmutation. The girl, filled with terror, tries to break the transmutation circle, attempting to rescue what remained of her father. Unfortunately, nothing stops it, leaving him with little remaining. Falling down to her knees in despair, her father makes his last attempt to being a good father. Crawling with one arm forward, he lures his daughter into the circle with him, letting him whisper his final words. "I'm sorry... I love you." Before she knew it, a flash appears again, taking her away into white room. What remained in the room was only three things. Herself. A huge black door. And a black shadow, resembling what seemed to be herself. This was the start to a new beginning. This is the start of the Musical Alchemist.
