When two girls fresh out of college accept an internship at Abstergo Industries, it seems too good to be true! Shannon Fendler, a Game Programming major/part-time streamer, and Jaqueline Calavera, a History major, are hired to work at Abstergo's Entertainment Department in Montreal and play test their new virtual reality game after the success of their advanced VR game "Pirates" a couple years prior. After spending some time with Abstergo, things quickly go sour as one of their employees gets killed during play testing. When the girls demand answers and threaten to expose the incident to the world, Abstergo doesn't take their words lightly. Shannon and Jaqueline are kidnapped by Abstergo who reveal themselves as the Knights Templars and the girls are thrown into the secret war of the Assassin's and Templars. It's up to them to escape from their captures and seek help from the Brotherhood to take Abstergo down.

This is an AC story based on Altair's adventures and taken one specific part of the game: when Al Mualim mentioned that a man turned water into wine because of the apple of Eden. So as far as I remember, Altair was able to time travel because of the apple of Eden. Based on that, I decided to come up with this fanfic. I hope you find it enjoyable. A particular assassin has been a thorn in the council's side for some time now, and with their new allies in need of someone to hunt down some rather dangerous foes, they volunteer her with the knowledge that she will most likely not survive her encounter.
