"Is that a threat, Brother Ravi? Because it sounds a lot like a promise." She whispered back. "Careful, Willow.." he whispred near her ears. "You keep begging for a sin, and I might actually forget my vows." "Vows? Please, Ravi. You wouldn't even know how to break them. And don't flatter yourself. You're barely a temptation, let alone a sin." "Barely a temptation? That's funny. Because last time, you were practically drooling over my body. And why do you keep throwing yourself at me?" "Throwing myself at you?" Willow gave him a loud laugh. "I'm just trying to see if there's an actual man under those holy robes, because I'm starting to think it's not a sin you're afraid of. Maybe I'm just the wrong gender to catch your eye."

It should've been simple: Mitchell, my husband, Ellis, my best friend, like in teen comedies where the girl ends up with her best friend's brother or her brother's best friend or some other variation, but I'm not a teenager, and this isn't a fairytale. Real world decisions are too damn hard. --- In this emotionally-charged tale of love, family and the complexities of relationships, Olivia Bennett a strong-willed entrepreneur rewrites a known tale of a bride jilted on her wedding day, instead leaving her groom Mitchell King at the altar and shocking everyone in attendance. Mitchell's older brother, Ellis King is torn between his loyalty to Mitchell and unraveling the reasons behind Olivia's sudden change in heart. He offers her a listening ear leading to an unexpected night that forever changes the trajectory of their lives. Their connection grows, waxing and waning as hasty decisions and misunderstandings get in the way. As Olivia struggles to keep her head above water despite her inner turmoil and the pressures from her family, she's confronted with a health scare that leaves her with no choice but to face her feelings head on. Ellis and Olivia, now facing the challenges of an impending parenthood, must navigate the complex situation while battling the hurdles of life as well as the consequences of their choices. As their now strained family dynamics threaten to push their relationship to the brink, they remain unshaken and determined to create a loving and stable home for their child, seeking hope and holding on to what they now share amidst the conflicts that surround them

In the aftermath of the Salem witch trials, a group of accused witches, fearing for their lives, managed to escape the clutches of the witch hunters. These individuals, driven by desperation and a desire for survival, scattered across the American colonies, determined to lay low and avoid detection. Over time, they formed a secret network of covens, each comprising a small group of survivors who shared their experiences and knowledge. As the years passed, the descendants of these Salem witches continued to live in fear, each year as a witch or wizard came of age, they were sent away with a mentor and hidden from the hunters as they honed their abilities. That was, until fate created the Divasio children, each born with the unique ability to connect, soon created uproar and panic as their abilities came to be in unison, causing each child to be placed with a mentor and sent to different parts of the world, hoping to keep them hidden from prying eyes. However, fate has a way of disrupting even the best-laid plans. When three of the Divasio children's mentors are brutally murdered, they are forced to flee and hide once again. The trio, comprising Catelaya, Treble and Alessia, find themselves in a small town in Tennessee, far removed from their original homes. As they try to blend in and avoid detection, they meet two peculiar individuals - Adrienne and Arnold - who are equally out of place in this small town and despite their initial skepticism, the three become fast friends with the duo, who help them navigate the intricacies of small-town life. As they settle into their new surroundings, the Divasio children must learn to control their powers and keep their true identities hidden. But with the witch hunters closing in, they know that they can't stay in one place for too long. Will they be able to find a way to master their magic and evade their pursuers, or will their presence in this small town be discovered and bring about a devastating reckoning?
