Two years ago, JCJenson partnered with Alterra Corporation. This move revolutionized Space-travel and knowledge of several different planets they are currently attempting to colonize. Shortly after the colonization of the Planet Copper-9, Alterra's space and research vessel, the Aurora, had lost all contact and vanished. The Aurora housed almost a quarter of a million Worker Drones, dozens of Disassembly Drones, and over two thousand people aboard researching a few planets they would come across. Alterra and JCJenson are concerned about the workers gaining sentience and escaping the planet. Luckily for them, the Disassembly Drones were already on the job. The last known location of the Aroura was near the planet 4546B, a Class IV Oceanic planet containing some of the most dangerous known Leviathan class creatures. Many things still remain unknown about that planet and the inhabitants. So that's where you come in-- a human, possibly the only Human survivor, stranded alone with a Disassembly Drone on planet 4546B, looking to get home. Warning: This will contain major spoilers for the game Subnautica. Read at your own risk.

Documented here is the Audio Journal of Alterra Employee #16-1214, one Ryley Robinson, transcribed into text. After the events pertaining to Planet 4546-B and the loss of Alterra's Long-Range Capital Ship designated 'Aurora', resulting in the loss of billions in damage to company property, Alterra has taken extreme interest in Planet 4546-B and the variety of lifeforms there. Ryley Robinson's Archived Audio Journal has proven essential to discovering what happened to the Aurora and her survivors. Transcription will begin shortly.

As the world experienced global calamities, pandemic, and war among nations a, meteor collided with Earth. An eerie sound was heard all over the Earth and people began disappearing and radiation from the meteor caused some plants, animals and humans to mutate. *** Contains Spoilers!*** The Aurora's crash was a terrifying moment for Ryley Robinson. Everything after was terrifying as well. Discovering an abundance of unique fauna and vegetation unknown to mankind and facing creatures that would make a skyscraper seem so small. His one hope, his one possible chance to escape, was shot down. A whole ship, possibly hundreds of passengers, dead. All of them. Or at least, that's what Ryley thought.
