Bagi sebagian orang, malam hari adalah waktu terbaik untuk beristirahat setelah berat menjalani hari-hari. Namun, berbeda dengan pemuda berambut pirang yang satu ini. Setiap malam, ia harus berhadapan dengan sesuatu yang bahkan tidak pernah ia inginkan, yaitu insomnia akut. Ya, Alucard adalah seorang pemuda yang mengidap insomnia karena mimpi buruk yang selalu menghantuinya setiap malam. Mimpi buruk yang lahir dari rasa bersalah karena telah meninggalkan teman sebangkunya saat mereka masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar. Seorang anak laki-laki berambut hitam dengan sepasang mata merah gelap. Anak pendiam yang ternyata selama ini menjadi korban perundungan lima teman sekelas mereka. Bertahun-tahun lamanya, Alucard harus hidup bersama rasa bersalah atas sesuatu yang mungkin sebenarnya bukan sepenuhnya kesalahannya. Namun, tanpa ia sadari, rasa bersalah itu justru membuatnya terus mengabadikan sosok yang seharusnya telah menjadi bagian dari masa lalu-melalui mimpi buruk yang tak pernah berakhir dan puluhan lukisan siluet yang tak pernah memiliki wajah. Sampai akhirnya, takdir membawa mereka kembali bertemu dengan cara yang tidak pernah Alucard bayangkan. Jika benar demikian... Akankah Alucard akhirnya sembuh dari insomnianya?
