It's been 3 weeks since the events of Take Us Back. Clementine and AJ made it back to the school after destroying the Raider's boat. Clementine is having nightmares of her past that continue to pester her daily life, to the point where she hardly gets any sleep. However, there is still something on her mind that she can't let go of - Lee. The thought of her being responsible for his death is still lingering. Waking up from a nightmare, Clementine ventures outside to the courtyard, where she contemplates why she cannot find forgiveness in herself but falls unconscious due to fatigue. A mysterious being wakes her up, offering a chance to go back to where it all began. All though she does not know what the purpose of this will be, she will eventually. Clementine will see familiar faces that she thought had vanished forever.

The prison has been destroyed and Carl got separated from his father, big brother and baby sister. He thought he lost everything until a girl with a purple baseball hat showed up with a shotgun, a man with shaggy hair also has a facial hair with a machete and a man wearing a baseball jersey wielding a metal baseball bat;the girl's name was Clementine..... This is going to be the start of a new relationship....

When I was trying to catch a car's attention, they hit me instead. I was bleeding out on the street but someone came and saved me. While trying to find out who that person was, I fell in love with a girl. With Clementine. One night, when I wanted to tell her how I felt she told me something and I was completely blown away. I should have known. clementine x reader I changed some stuff from the original story so there might be some confusing parts. The whole story basically is how I would've liked it to be so maybe that explains it. Most of my chapters are short. I don't really like them to be long. I'll just try to write more chapters than usual instead of long ones. Hope you enjoy! :-)

Taking place just after Take Us Back (not following canon scenes) Clementine had just got everyone back and safe from the boat in which they were held in, until something unexpected happens, making her bond with Violet become closer...

I wrote if Aj got bitten instead of Clementine 😋 btw part of the story mentions shooting Kenny after he killed Jane, so clem's missing a finger lol. Also both Tenn and Louis survive the bridge some how.

In the short time Clementine and AJ arrived at Ericson, the manpower there has significantly lessened due to their constant battles with walkers and the Delta to survive. With Clem's and Violet's injuries, they are are not fit to walk outside the safety of Ericson's walls to contribute to the group's survival. Louis has always been the carefree sprite that takes survival one day at a time. That was fine for just him before he was thrown into a leadership position forcing him to make the hard decisions that Clementine had to. Although, he is not alone in his endeavors. AJ has proven time and time again that he is dependable and can be a trusted ally to watch Louis's back as the two are needed to step up to take care of what remains at Ericson. 2 months after the conflict with Lilly and the Delta. Clementine is up and able to move around slowly with the aid of her crutches, Violet's vision is severely impaired in one eye and her other eye is still slowly healing. Two of the kids have fallen deathly ill. Ruby and Aasim making the fighting force of Ericson even less. Louis has to step up to be there for the rest of the group to look up to. He is traveling well beyond the safe-zone into unknown territory in search for medical supplies, food, and other essentials that the Ericson group desperately need. But he needs the aid of AJ. Without much of a choice, Clementine is forced to give her blessing as she watches the two boys she admires most grow into the leaders Ericson needs if they have any hopes of surviving...

Clementine is finally at peace. With the raiders gone for good, the children at Ericksons can finally focus on reconstruction. Together, they all work hard to make it a real home. With a new group joining them, Clem will find familiar faces, and meet new people. With all her friends, her girlfriend, and, of course, AJ, she works on living: not just surviving.

Clementine and AJ, two survivors who have been on the road for over a year, get in a car crash after trying to scavenge food from an old train station, only to be saved by a group of teenagers and children from Ericsons School For Troubled Youths, where Clementine and AJ get brought to and nursed back to health by the kids, but what happens when things take a turn for the worst?

This is a rewrite of my first fanfic : Life Goes On. This story takes place shortly after the end of Season 4 of the Walking Dead Game: The Final Season by Telltale and Skybound. I was rather dissapointed in the continuation we recieved from Tillie Walden and Skybound, so I proceeded to write my own. Make sure to follow me and vote my chapters!
