Miraculous Ladybug AU: In a time of mermaids and pirates, Gabriel Agreste lives with his young son, Adrien, in a seaside mansion. After the death of his wife a few years earlier, he keeps a close eye on his son, never letting him go farther than the beach on his own. Even this strict rule may change, for mermaids have become more ruthless than ever before with their new ruler, Audrey Bourgeois. Sailors have disappeared from the nearby villages, drowned for sport. The shadow hero officially adopted the child and named her Marinette Fu so she would remember her real name. That little girl was you my lucky fox." In this story it's been four years now and everyone has grown up. Adrien and Nino are both 19 while Marinette and Alya are 18. Marinette has also not met Luka like she normally had in the show. Adrien broke up with Kagami once he realized that he could never really move on from Ladybug. Hawk moth was once and for all tracked and sent to prison after all these years. Adrien was originally having to stay with Felix only to be given a home at Nino's. Adrien was not ready to leave Paris behind as well as the love of his life whose identity he is still yet to find. The Gabriel Agreste brand was soon to be gone as well as Adrien's modelling career. If only he was able to get married soon and have the help of his loved one to grow his career once again!

"I only got it wrong once. it will never happen again. at least I hope not" A few years ago in California. a girl and her twin brother had just lost both their parents in a car crash. the two 13 year olds were devastated. they kept managing to get away from cps and if they were caught they always ended up escaping foster care before a full 24 hours. a few months of that and then they ran into an old guy. after some kindness they go home and find a small box in their rooms. they soon became "the lady in red" and "black cat". soon after they found out each others identities. and a month later let a sibling rivalry get in the way as they were fighting. the end result?? they got frozen in time... well in the miraculous. What happens 2 years later when the Ladybug and black cat miraculous end up with another owner.

Was listening to a song from Why Don't We(WDW) called "In Too Deep" got inspired by that because it was a sort of sad song for me- Updated Status: MIGHT be discontinued but not completely sure
