Alys Prewitt has a fairly good life in District 8. Living with her twin sister, Ariadne, and her mother, the Prewitt family washes others laundry for a living when they're not working at the factory manufacturing Peacekeeper clothes. Alys and Ariadne spend most of their free time with Zain Phillips, Ariadne's boyfriend and Alys' best friend since they were 5. But when Ariadne's name gets pulled from the infamous glass bowl, Alys makes a decision that will change their world forever. This story is based on a Hunger Games playlist I created recently just for fun. I decided I was going to create a story to go along with it since I found it interesting and intriguing. I'm pretty sure this falls under freedom of speech somewhere...If it doesn't, there are a lot of Hunger Games fanfics out there. Just trying to spread the love :)
