For those of you who might not get it - The person's father has Alzheimer's, and instead of seeing his daughter when he sees her, he sees his wife. So, to avoid breaking his heart, the daughter pretends to be her father's wife.

Baby boomers drove our society, making it what it is today. As this huge segment of our population heads into the final chapter of their lives, what's in store for them? How will our society deal with an unprecedented demand on nursing homes, assisted living & home health care? Will families step in to fill the gap? Will the oldest segment of our population find themselves living longer but not better? Follow the lives of several people as they walk down life's final corridor in Hardly Heaven.S

This poem is dedicated to my Grandmother, who is currently living with Alzheimer's disease.

Halee is a 17 year old drop out wannabe photographer caring for her 73 year old grandmother with Alzheimer's. Her grandmother, Elizabeth, whom's memory is fading, has dreams of visiting every continent while her brain allows her to. With Halee's camera and her grandmothers ambition, they go on a marvelous journey fulfilling both of their dreams in the most a adventurous way.
